Service Policy

At Booked and Blissed, my mission is to deliver elevated, stress-free travel planning that feels just as effortless as your dream trip. This Service Policy outlines the structure, expectations, and boundaries that ensure a smooth experience for both of us. Please review carefully before booking.

Service Structure

I offer four curated travel planning experiences:

  • Wanderlust Plan – Destination inspiration and trip starter support

  • Blissful Escape – Full trip planning for one destination (or multiple destinations with a minimum of 3 travel days per location)

  • Luxe Escape – High-touch, multi-destination, or complex itinerary planning

  • Relaxed Escape – Cruise and all-inclusive resort travel coordination

 

Each package includes specific services outlined at the time of booking. All bookings begin with a consultation to determine the right fit.​​

Planning Fees

  • All planning fees are non-refundable and due in full before any research or itinerary work begins.

  • Pricing reflects the time, expertise, and customization provided. Rates listed are starting points and may increase based on complexity, number of travelers, destinations, or custom requests.

  • Planning fees do not include flights, hotels, or travel costs — only the service of planning and managing your trip.

Invoice & Approval Policy

  • After your consultation, an invoice will be sent outlining the recommended package.

  • You will have 48 hours to accept and pay the invoice.

  • If no action is taken within that window, any deposits collected will be considered final and non-refundable, and the proposed services may be withdrawn or require resubmission.

Revisions

  • The Wanderlust Plan includes one round of revisions.

  • All other packages include two rounds of revisions.

  • Additional revisions are available for $25 each, invoiced separately.

  • Clients must pay the invoice within 24 hours for additional revisions to be processed. No extra research will be conducted until payment is received.

Delivery Timeline

  • Clients will receive their custom trip plan within 3–7 business days after the consultation and full payment, unless otherwise noted.

  • Complex itineraries or high-demand periods may require more time, and clients will be notified accordingly.

Upgrades & Package Credit

  • Clients who begin with a smaller package (e.g., the Wanderlust Plan) may apply that fee toward an upgraded package, provided the upgrade is requested within the time frame noted in the post-consultation email.

Client Responsibilities

By booking, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, timely information

  • Communicate any changes, limitations, or preferences honestly

  • Review all documents, recommendations, and terms before approval

  • Understand that once planning begins, all service fees are final

Disclaimer

  • Booked and Blissed is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or issues caused by third-party providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines).

  • It is the client’s responsibility to obtain valid travel documents, insurance, visas, or health requirements for the destination(s) booked.
