Refund Policy

At Booked and Blissed, my goal is to provide expert, personalized travel planning that saves you time, energy, and stress. Because each itinerary involves dedicated research and customization, the following refund terms apply:

Planning Fees & Service Packages

All sales are final. Due to the customized nature of our travel planning services, Booked and Blissed does not offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in travel plans, client cancellations, or dissatisfaction with third-party vendors.

We take great care in curating personalized itineraries and experiences. Once services have been rendered or planning has begun, our time and resources are committed to your booking. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

If you have any questions about your service or itinerary, please don't hesitate to contact us—we are committed to ensuring that your travel experience meets the highest standards.

Approval & Payment Window

Once an invoice for a service package has been delivered, the client has up to 48 hours to complete payment and agree to the terms of service.

If no payment or written confirmation is received within this time frame, any fees already collected will be considered final and non-refundable, and the proposed services may be withdrawn or require resubmission.

 

Timely agreement ensures your planning timeline remains on track and that your trip receives the personalized attention it deserves.
